Inside CDS’ New Irvine Headquarters: Built for Growth, Collaboration, and Dealer Support
Connected Dealer Services has entered a new chapter with the move to its expanded headquarters at 5 Goodyear in Irvine, California.
The new facility gives CDS room to continue scaling the people, systems, and operational infrastructure behind its connected vehicle technology brands, including Advantage GPS, Elo GPS, and CarRx. For the dealerships, dealer groups, agents, partners, and suppliers CDS supports across the country, the move represents more than a new office. It is an investment in the company’s long-term ability to serve a growing customer base.

A branded stairwell inside Connected Dealer Services’ new Irvine headquarters features CDS signage and motion-inspired visual branding. The space was designed to support collaboration, employee engagement, and continued company growth.
CDS’ new headquarters is nearly three times the size of its previous facility on Armstrong Avenue. The expanded space brings California-based employees together under one roof while adding capacity for dealer support, training, engineering, fulfillment, partner collaboration, and company-wide events.
“Over the last several years, we’ve continued to grow across multiple dealership segments and partner channels,” said Kristen Hale, Chief Operating Officer of Connected Dealer Services. “As the business expanded, we reached a point where investing in additional infrastructure, training resources, and operational capacity became the right long-term decision. This facility gives us the room and resources to better support our dealers, partners, suppliers, and employees as we continue to grow.”
Designed to Support Dealer Growth

CDS employees participate in one of the first training sessions held at the company’s expanded Irvine headquarters, which includes dedicated training areas designed to support employee development, dealer education, and cross-functional collaboration.
The new Irvine headquarters was built with both current operations and future growth in mind. The facility includes dedicated training rooms for dealers and employees, expanded development resources, a fully equipped engineering lab, improved operational logistics flow, guest offices, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces designed to help teams work more closely across departments.
Those investments are especially important as dealerships rely more heavily on connected vehicle data to support inventory visibility, vehicle and portfolio protection, service retention, customer engagement, and operational oversight.
Through its portfolio of brands, CDS supports multiple dealership segments. Advantage GPS serves BHPH dealers and subprime lenders. Elo GPS supports independent dealerships. CarRx serves franchise dealerships with connected vehicle technology designed to support service retention, customer engagement, and dealership operations.
Bringing Teams Together Under One Roof

CDS’ core values are displayed prominently inside the company’s new Irvine headquarters, reinforcing the principles that guide its culture, customer partnerships, and continued innovation.
As companies grow, operations often spread across multiple facilities. CDS chose a different path by investing in a headquarters that allows its California-based teams to work together in one location while also providing a welcoming environment for visiting employees, dealers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
The building includes open architectural elements, branded workspaces, multiple break rooms, and expanded areas for team engagement. CDS’ core values are also displayed throughout the new office, reinforcing the principles that guide the company’s culture, customer partnerships, and continued innovation.
“Many companies experiencing this pace of growth eventually spread operations across multiple facilities,” Hale added. “We made the decision to invest in a headquarters that allows our California-based teams to work together in one location while also providing a welcoming, resource-rich environment for employees outside California, visiting dealers, suppliers, and strategic partners. That collaboration becomes increasingly important as the business continues to scale.”
Investing in the Future of Connected Dealer Technology
For nearly a decade, CDS has operated a vertically integrated platform spanning hardware design, cellular connectivity, software infrastructure, consumer mobile applications, and operational support. Today, the company serves more than 2,800 dealers and has connected more than 6 million vehicles to date.
The move to 5 Goodyear reinforces CDS’ long-term commitment to growth, innovation, and dealer support.
“The investment we’re making in this facility reflects our confidence in the business, our customers, and the opportunities ahead,” said Hale.
CDS will continue to use the expanded headquarters as a hub for collaboration, training, fulfillment, engineering, and support as demand grows for connected vehicle technology across BHPH, independent, and franchise dealership markets.
